The Shoreditch Fry Up: Our Take on the Full English

Every café in London claims a great fry up. Here's exactly what goes on ours, so you can judge for yourself.

What's on the plate

The Shoreditch Fry Up: a perfectly fried egg, juicy grilled sausage and crispy streaky bacon, with roasted portobello mushrooms, sweet blistered cherry tomatoes, golden hash browns and rich baked beans, finished with toasted sourdough. Classic components, done carefully — no surprises, no shortcuts.

Make it yours

Sides let you build it up: extra egg, hash browns, streaky bacon, Cumberland sausage, garlic beef sujuk sausage, grilled halloumi or smashed avocado. The sujuk is the Kybelle twist worth trying — a nod to the Turkish flavours that run through our menu.

Veggie? Kids?

The Vegetarian Breakfast swaps the meat for falafel, spinach and portobello mushroom, and there's a Kids Fry Up — egg, bacon, beans and hash brown — for smaller appetites.

Served all day at 62 Great Eastern Street, Shoreditch — Mon–Fri 8am–4pm, weekends 9am–5pm, walk-ins only. Best paired with a strong flat white, beans roasted by Ozone Coffee.
